Property Management Company that requires an additional Administrative Assistant to join our Residential Division Team. This is a full time permanent position consisting of 30 hours per week Monday through Friday.

Interested Applicants must:

  • Have a minimum of 1-2 years administrative experience
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Have an accurate typing speed of a minimum of 40 wpm
  • Be knowledgeable with the Residential Tenancies Act, Condominium Property Act, Land Titles, etc. or have demonstrated ability to learn
  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Be organized, have excellent proven time management skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Be fluent in English
  • Be bondable and able to provide a basic security clearance

Job duties include assisting the Property Manager, Client and Tenant correspondence, emails, filing, data entry and other office duties as required.
